Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days to request a return after receiving the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect the items immediately upon receiving your order. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods were shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return them within 14 days without any reason. As stated above, your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
